Some will give you thirty seconds to say what you have to say.

Some won’t ever believe a single word that you might speak.

Some will ask you if you can please call them back next week.

Some will give you honest feedback about your sales technique.

Some will send you to the voicemail of the person that you seek.

Perfectly timed words of wisdom can come from the most unlikely of sources.

Below are some valuable nuggets of wisdom about goal getting which came from Father Time, two genetically enhanced laboratory mice, a powerful little green alien, a neurotic psychologist, a pipe smoking wizard, a motivational giant, a forgetful fish and a baseball player.

It’s all about goals. So, why exactly should we set goals?

Goals seem quite necessary if you want to get somewhere specific, become who or what do you want to become in life, or achieve the outcomes of your desires.

Now, make them SMARTER goals. Take a few minutes to rewrite them in more specific language, so that they are able to be measured, are attainable, relevant to your life and time sensitive. Evaluate your progress along your path and plan to give yourself an exciting reward upon arrival.
